How to book a trip with The Himalayan Outback?

Once you have chosen the trip ( Fishing Trip, Trekking Trip, Rafting Trip)that interests you, just send us an email or call us for further details. We’ll be happy to send you the details and help you customizes your program. Should you have a trek or a fishing trip in mind that is not listed amongst our itineraries, we will be happy to work with you to customize an expedition for you.

On receiving your deposit, we will email you a detailed itinerary along with an invoice, which will also serve as your confirmation.

A lot of our itineraries are designed for the individual traveler, or small groups of either friends or family. Only with a small group can an expedition hope to provide each traveler with a unique experience – for every expedition we have specified a maximum number of participants in order to ensure a quality trip for each person. The only way to ensure access to the best areas is to spend a lot of hard work, time and money researching new destinations. The Himalayan Outback does this research for you; you just need to pick your destination, opt for an itinerary and depend on our experience.

Terms & Conditions: The Himalayan Outback requires 50% advance deposit to validate your dates for the trip/expedition. The balance of the payment may me made seven days prior to the trips date of departure. Some of our trips are prearranged, a year in advance, in which case only a 25% non-refundable advance payment is requited, and the rest of the payment to be deposited, 15 days before the departure date of the trip/expedition.

Cancellation Policy: A written notice of cancellation is mandatory prior to The Himalayan Outback putting the trip up for sale. If we rebook the trip, a 20% (of the total value of the trip) cancellation penalty will apply. All other deposits and payments will be returned to canceling party. If the trip does not sell prior to the balance due date (15 days prior to arrival) a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
