One of the most untouched sections of water in the Himalayan region of Kumaon, this river offers tremendous possibilities for sport fishing for Himalayan Mahseer on the fly, as well as spinning, and a chance of fishing for the Goonch, a giant catfish found in some of the Himalayan rivers. This fish attains sizes of well over 300 lbs. The Himalayan Mahseer, in this section of water, migrates from the main river, hence offering some a good opportunity to take on large fish through the year.
Experience this unique region on foot, trekking deep into the valley, to get to some of the remotest pools. This trip is unique as it offers the possibility of being part of the rich culture of this region, trekking through the villages, meeting the locals and experiencing the self sustaining lifestyle of the people of this remote region.
